use U and D to select the level.
For 999 Lives, enter the following code when "press start button" is showing. U, R, X nine times, D six times, L seven times, Z, X, Y, Y, Y, Z and listen for the theme music to know it worked.
Daytona USA
To race using the horses: Come first on all three tracks in Saturn mode then come first
on the mirrored track, you will now be able to pick two horses to race as.

Enter the following codes at the "Normal Game, Options" screen.

Sega Rally
To race the fourth Lake Side course, you must finish first overall in Championship mode. This means select Arcade, then Championship, and then come in at least 9th on the Desert course, 4th on the Forest course, and then first on the Mountain course. After you place first, you'll race the Lake Side course, and it will be available in all race modes from then on.
To access the game's special Mirror Mode: hold down Y and press C at the select game screen in Arcade mode.
